Business Delivery Terms

Millboard is committed to delivering your order efficiently and safely. These terms outline our delivery policies for business and trade customers throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

Standard delivery is available for most UK mainland addresses. For offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and European destinations, please contact our sales team for specific arrangements and pricing.

Delivery lead times vary based on product availability and destination:

• Stock Items: 3–5 working days
• Made-to-Order Items: 10–15 working days
• Large Project Orders: Confirmed upon quotation
• European Deliveries: 7–14 working days

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

• Orders over £500: Free UK mainland delivery
• Orders under £500: £45 delivery charge
• Express Delivery: Additional cost applies
• Crane/HIAB Offload: £150 surcharge

• Safe unloading area accessible by articulated vehicle
• Minimum 3m × 10m clearance space
• Authorised person available to receive delivery
• Clear access path from roadside

Important: Drivers are not permitted to enter private property beyond kerbside drop-off.

• Check quantities and product condition
• Note any damage before signing
• Take photos of visible damage
• Report issues within 48 hours

• Store flat on level ground
• Keep products in original packaging
• Protect from direct sunlight
• Store in dry, ventilated areas
• Do not stack pallets more than 2 high

• Redelivery Charge: £95
• Storage Charges: £25 per pallet/day
• Order Cancellation: 15% restocking fee

• Returns accepted within 14 days
• Products must remain unused
• RMA required before return
• Customer pays return shipping
• 15% restocking fee applies
